Website privacy

Updated September 26, 2026

This notice describes the contact and demo-request features on the Candience marketing website. A customer deployment may have separate privacy notices and contractual terms for the people participating in that deployment.

Information you provide

Our inquiry forms ask for your name, work email, and company. You can also provide your role, experience journey, workflow tools, and a message. Please do not include confidential records or sensitive personal information about yourself or anyone else.

How inquiries are handled

Submitted inquiries are stored so the Candience team can review and respond to them. The website uses Supabase for inquiry storage and account access, and an email service for team notifications, request confirmations, and follow-up messages. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in a marketing mailing list.

Website services and the preview

Your browser connects to services used to deliver this website, including hosted fonts and the interactive preview when it is loaded. Those requests can include technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Website and hosting services may process technical diagnostics to operate and troubleshoot the site.

The interactive preview illustrates a hiring scenario using sample data. Do not enter real candidate, employee, or customer information into a demonstration.

Questions and requests

For questions about how your inquiry is handled, or to request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, contact nick@candience.com. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information. Retention and any applicable legal obligations will be considered when responding.
