Pilot
Measure one hiring workflow with PXi.
Hiring is the demonstrated starting point for Predictive Experience Intelligence. A Candience pilot is founder-led, scoped to one workflow, and judged against criteria you agree to before it begins.
How a pilot runs
Step 1
Choose one hiring workflow
We start with a single moment of truth, for example the stretch between final interview and decision, where candidate-experience risk is costly and visible.
Step 2
Agree on success criteria
Before any measurement, we write down what the pilot should show and how it will be judged. No outcome is promised in advance.
Step 3
Integration and privacy acceptance
Your team reviews the data flow, access, and retention. Candidate identity stays inside your boundary. Nothing is measured until you accept this step.
Step 4
A 14-day measurement window
The window starts only after integration and privacy acceptance. Signals, patterns, and proposed interventions are recorded against the agreed criteria.
Step 5
Shadow review first
Proposed interventions are reviewed by your team, not sent. Any automation requires separate written approval after the review.
Onboarding. Nick Anderson, the founder, runs onboarding and review sessions directly with your team.
Incentives. Candidate incentives are optional and only used when they are explicitly scoped and funded as part of the agreed pilot.
Integrations. Supported data sources are confirmed during scoping. We do not assume a working connector to your applicant tracking system.
Terms. Scope, timing, and any commercial terms are confirmed in writing. Nothing on this page is a price or an offer.
Request a pilot
Start the conversation.
Submitting this form requests a conversation. It does not approve or activate a pilot. Nick will reply to discuss fit, then any pilot is scoped and agreed in writing.
Please do not include candidate names, candidate records, or system credentials. Describe the workflow only.
